Leaving Kathmandu tomorrow morning

- specifically, we leave the hotel at 6:30 am to catch a flight to Lukla.  The trek begins tomorrow.    Today was spent in Kathmandu, touring the "monkey temple" - a Buddhist temple, and then on to a Hindu temple where we saw half a dozen cremations taking place.  The temps are hot and steamy.  It will be good to reach some altitude and drier air.
