These are two views of one of my favorite turnings. I made this in late 2004 and early 2005. It started out as a platter about 15 inches in diameter and one inch thick. I carved the leaves from the platter and it now weighs 2 ounces. Dylan's Song has been on display as part of the "ReTurn to the Land of Oz" exhibit since July 2005, and will go on display at the Ohio Craft Museum January 22 - March 19, 2006. Dylan's Song is now in the collection of David and Ruth Waterbury.
